{ STYLE } Sweet Lilac

It seriously has been way too long since I did an ootd post! I was thrilled when my package from Front Row Shop arrived. I got to choose some items from their store which included this light-weight flowy lavender top. It's completely sheer at the back and semi-sheer at the front. The material and colour is absolutely perfect for this summery hot weather in Australia at the moment. The top has a high-low cut, great to wear with some leggings or for today, I had the front of the top tucked into this grey skirt, also from Front Row Shop. I'm loving the asymmetrical-esque feel of the skirt and the zippers on the sides can actually be used as pockets! Cute design and functional! I will have the direct links of the items I'm wearing below so keep on scrolling :)

If you register with Front Row Shop you'll get a $10 discount off your purchase plus since it's the holidays, they currently have 30% off all items storewide (exluding accessories and shoes) when you enter the discount code 'HOLIDAY30'. Massive discounts :O I'm not sure how long the discount will be valid for so you may want to do your shopping asap :D FYI, I do not make any commissions etc. from you guys using the code, I'm just reading this from their website!

This will probably be the last post (maybe?) from me for the year since I'll be off to Jakarta for holidays in a few days time!

Happy holidays guyyyyys! <3

{ STYLE } Man Up

Happy Sunday all! Went out to brunch today and wore this khaki spiked jacket for the first time- I love the spiked shoulders and the gold spikes contrasting with the khaki denim.

A structured denim jacket, pleather pants and thick chunky boots- rather masculine and edgy don't you think? I don't typically go for this type of look but I thought why not change it up today. Plus, I've been really wanting to pair the jacket with some leather pieces!

Freakin love whoever did this artwork! Amazing.

I've been wearing these pants way too often! I love the leather panelling on the front and the soft fabric at the back. They're super comfortable to wear, so chic and are perfect paired up with almost everything.

Top from Sportsgirl | Spiked khaki jacket from ASOS | Leather leggings from Dotti | Kmart spiked clutch | eBay boots and sunnies

Realised how affordable my outfit is lol. You don't really need to spend heaps of money to pick up some fab pieces. I'm always on the lookout for good sales and bargains- I can't resist!

Enjoy the week ahead <3

{ STYLE } Red Velvetini

I've been on the hunt for some velvet-y pieces lately and this red velvet number immediately caught my eye. Not just because of its gorgeous wine red colour ( unfortunately all colours are sold out on OASAP - though you can sign up for an email notification when it does come back in stock :D ) but also because of its very simple design and cut. I'm always on the look-out for really basic pieces because it's so much easier to style and so much more versatile. You can leave it as plain as it is or dress it up- add layers, different prints etc.

With any free-flowing dress, I love to add a belt around my waist to create shape and so it doesn't make me look so frumpy. I've really been overusing this skinny belt decorated with spikes and studs! Super love it!!

I don't know about you but the combination of velvet and leopard print makes me happy! A basic dress like this can be transformed into an A-line skirt just by the addition of a top. You can seriously make so many outfits when you have the basics in your wardrobe!

Yep! Mixing silvers and golds!

I am dying over these babies!! These taupe mary janes embellished with bronze studs and sequins on the heels...LOVE!!

{ STYLE } Lavender & Lace

Perth's weather has been quite crazy recently, raging hot one day and then raining the next. Luckily it was sunny and warm last weekend so it was perfect to wear this gorgeous lavender pastel dress to a wedding!

I instantly fell in love when I saw this dress online (my obsession with lace will never die!!) and it was a perfect fit when I wore it. Tight-fitting at the top and really feminine and flowy at the bottom. Paired the dress with some nude and gold pieces and I was good to go!

{ STYLE } Neutrals in Nature

Happy Monday!! Sorry for being so MIA : ( I hope you've all been well! I've really been trying to squeeze in some blog posts after work and on the weekends but it's been so hectic and tiring for me lately. Luckily the Christmas and Boxing Day holidays are coming up which will hopefully mean that I can blog a little more!

So in love with these nude-peach platforms! I got it on sale recently for $35 which was a damn good steal! I love how it helps to elongate my legs a bit more ;)

{ STYLE } Sunset in the Valley

{photography by} DTN.photography - please support! he just started blogging :D

My favourite days- nothing but relaxing in perfect weather, sunny with the right amount of breeze. My recent roadtrip to the Swan Valley was amazing- I haven't been in so long and it was great to visit local hot spots and just admiring the scenery. I'm not much of a sight-seeing kinda girl but once in a while you need some quality time with mother nature.

Endless vineyards

Sportsgirl top, distressed denim shorties from Wrangler, Mango shoulder bag, Mango sunnies, accessories from Diva and Michael Kors, The Little Things She Needs flats

Our visit to the local chocolate factory and the 'House of Honey'

I seriously don't remember the last time I watched the sunset...so pretty!

Hah! I love this so much! So true...so true..

That's all for now- I need some rest! So sleep deprived lately!! :( :(

Have a great week <3

{ STYLE } Minty City

I can't believe how warm the weather was today! Spring has finally arrived! I don't know if I should be sad or happy. I love winter/fall fashion but the sunny months are perfect for rocking those bright colours, pastels and also forces your legs out of hibernation and into some cute shorts! *yipeeee*

After the perfect brunch date, we strolled through Kings Park- admiring the sun and the beautiful flora.

Welcome to my city..

Thanks to the heatwave, I had the opportunity to wear my favourite spring/summer colour- MINT!

Bardot blouse, Topshop high waisted shorts, F21 crossbody bag, Jeffrey Campbell Inspired Foxy platforms (Custom Made), Aldo sunnies, Brown Sugar belt, armcandy (silver chained bracelet- awesome for stacking!) gifted to me from the lovely Ga Hee of Vanity Box
